drs. Gill Merrill

Drs. Gill Merrill is a Professor of marketing and business strategy, researcher, author, documentarian and keynote speaker. She enables organizations to create an inclusive, motivating, and creative workplace. She's a Marketer with over two decades of experience in B2B and B2C Marketing gained across Europe, and North and South America at the senior level. She teaches Business Strategy and Innovation Management (MSc) and Digital Transformation (BSc). Her P.h.D. thesis investigates human decision-making and biases which informs theories she's developed to positively impact organizations.
